These terms apply to purchases made through The Tech Surgery Shop. They do not remove or reduce any rights that consumers have under UK law.

Products and availability
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens. All orders are subject to availability. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order and will give you the option to continue at the corrected price or cancel.
Prices and payment
Prices shown to consumers include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and the order total are displayed before payment. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched, rather than merely when the checkout form is submitted.
Delivery
Online orders are delivered by DPD with The Tech Surgery labels and paperwork. Delivery charges and estimates are shown at checkout. Collection is not offered through the online checkout, although local customers may place an order through our South Shields shop. Please provide a complete and accurate address. Risk passes to a consumer when the goods come into their physical possession or that of a person they nominate.
Cancellation and returns
Your cancellation, return and faulty-goods rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts that apply to their part of the United Kingdom.
