DPD UK delivery
Online orders are delivered to UK addresses by DPD. The delivery charge and order total are shown clearly before payment.
Parcels are sent with The Tech Surgery labels and paperwork. Tracking information will be supplied when available.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Orders are processed after payment has been authorised. Product availability and estimated delivery times may vary by item. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointments unless we expressly confirm otherwise.
If an order contains items with different availability, it may arrive in more than one parcel. You will not be charged an additional delivery fee unless this was agreed before checkout.
Delays and unavailable items
If we cannot supply an item, or a material delay arises, we will contact you using the details supplied with the order and offer an appropriate revised date, alternative or refund.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect parcels promptly. Report missing, damaged or incorrect items as soon as reasonably possible, including photographs where useful. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Ordering locally
Collection is not offered through the online checkout. Local customers are welcome to visit or contact The Tech Surgery to place an order through the shop.
